At Framed Additions, every framed vintage advertisement is carefully curated and packaged with care. Because each piece is unique, we aim to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition it was received.
- It must be returned in secure packaging to prevent damage in transit.
- Custom or personalized framing requests are non-returnable unless damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the damage and the packaging.
- We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Because these are original vintage advertisements, exact replacements may not always be possible. In those cases, we will provide comparable options or a full refund.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery for equal-value items in our collection.
Simply contact us and we’ll help you with the process.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once framing and packaging begin, cancellations may not be possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Custom-framed pieces
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Return Shipping
If the return is due to buyer’s preference (not damage or error), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to damage, defect, or a mistake on our end, we cover all return or replacement costs.

- Your order number
- The reason for the return or claim
- Any relevant photos
