Thank you for shopping with Framed Additions. Every framed vintage advertisement is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Below is our full Shipping Policy.

 

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

We do not ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

If there is any delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight/size.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


Packaging

 

Each framed piece is shipped using protective materials designed to prevent damage.

We take extra care due to the fragile nature of glass-framed art.


Shipping Destinations

 

We currently ship within the United States.


 

 

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

 

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include photos of the damage and the packaging.
  3. We will issue a replacement or a full refund for returned product.

Because our items are original vintage pieces, exact replacements may not always be available, but we will provide options or a refund.


Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

If your package is missing:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Contact the carrier for assistance
  • Reach out to us and we will help however we can


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

 

Please double-check your address at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

 


Shipping Changes After Order

 

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately.

Changes are only possible if the order has not yet shipped.
